There is one saying like so, “trust is the bedrock for building a strong relationship”. This saying fits perfectly to the case between NADEC and . The top-notch agricultural and food-processing  company in the Middle East and North Africa partnered with Vietnam Manpower this time in recruiting 50 workers for their company thanks in large part to their trust in our service deepened through their previous time having a close look at our service quality.

A glance at NADEC

Founded in 1981, the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) is known as one of largest agricultural and food-processing share stock companies in the Middle East and North Africa. It is one of very few and biggest vertically integrated dairy businesses in the world.  

As one of the world’s largest vertically integrated companies, NADEC needs various personal skills. Hiring the right individuals at all levels is the main challenge. That NADEC, in December - 2015, partnered with Vietnam Manpower  in recruiting their employees has, to some extent, proved their trust in our manpower placement services. It is not for no reason that NADEC has used our manpower service. How the recruitment process worked?

NADEC decided to hire 50 thermoking technicians, refrigeration technicians and foreman using our manpower service. Below is how this recruitment process worked.

First, we posted an advertisement in local, national newspapers, job boards, and our career page. Our vocational training system and local sub-recruitment agencies then collected applications of interested and qualified workers.  In addition, we utilized our up-to-date database of potential candidates with specific information about their skills, trade qualifications and experience.

After the shortlist round, we arranged the time for NADEC’s representatives to visit Vietnam for the interview and trade test. The recruitment location was arranged by Vietnam Manpower.

On December, 21st and 22nd, 2015, the shortlisted candidates were present at the recruitment location as planned. They turned up for the test earlier than the specified time to get familiar with the test location and become calm and prepared.

Before the test, NADEC’s representatives made a brief and clear introduction about NADEC, its vision, mission and values, its employment benefit offers and its expectations for this time’s recruitment.

After that, the candidates were in good shape to enter the most important part – interview and trade test.

The interviewers paid special attention to answers of the candidates. And the interpreter did her best to convey the full meaning and intention of English interview questions into Vietnamese.

The recruitment process successfully ended with the right persons selected. NADEC’s representatives were satisfied with the result.  To capture nice moments in Vietnam Manpower's office, they took the picture with our managers.
